"WLAN Software Update" is Now Available for Nokia 808 PureView, 701, 700 and 603

Nokia Beta labs team just released "WLAN Software Update" for Nokia with Nokia Belle fp1/fp2 OS and Nokia with Nokia Belle Refresh.

This update will fix the Wi-Fi interoperability (IOP) issues on Nokia 808 PureView, Nokia 701, 700, 603 and also Nokia N8, E7, C7, X7, C6-01, E6 with Nokia Belle Refresh OS.

" It has been reported that following Symbian devices: Nokia 603, Nokia 700, Nokia 701 and Nokia 808 PureView having Belle Feature Pack 1 (FP1) or Belle Feature Pack (FP2) release are facing Wi-Fi interoperability (IOP) issues with some old WLAN Access Points (AP). An issue with the WLAN software has been identified and a fix has been made. The same trial is now available for Nokia C6-01, Nokia C7-00, Nokia E6-00, Nokia E7-00, Nokia E6-00, Nokia X7-00, and Nokia Oro."

How To Install

• Download The installer
• "WLAN Software Update" installer for Nokia Belle fp1/fp2
• "WLAN Software Update" installer for Nokia Belle Refresh 
• Save to your phone
• Turn Off WLAN connectivity on your phone
• Install it
• Turn on your WLAN

How To Uninstall

• Turn Off Wi-Fi connectivity on your phone
• Manually uninstall "WLAN Utitlity" from "Installed Applications"
• Turn on your WLAN
