Nokia release an Instagram Like application called "#2InstaWithLove" exclusive only for Nokia Lumia With Windows Phone 7.5, 7.8 and 8.
You can create a classic Polaroid photo with automatic filter and "#2InstaWithLove" hash tag. After all you can upload your photo to and share it to another social network like Facebook & Twitter.
